Athens, Alabama — American Bass Anglers announces that Early Times Whisky will sponsor the 2009 Toyota Tundra Bassmaster Weekend Series and be the Official Whisky of American Bass Anglers.

As a part of this sponsorship, they also announced a special series of events that will be held in conjunction with bass tournaments at 5 locations in the southern US in 2009. These special events are designed to attract community involvement by challenging both professional and backyard (amateur) barbeque enthusiast to test their cooking skills at these events for cash and prizes. Named “American Bass Anglers Barbeque Cook-off”, sponsored by Early Times Kentucky Whisky, they will be held the same day of, and in association with Toyota Tundra Bassmaster Weekend Series events.
